GOOD HEARTH


In the food world, fruits and vegetables have it all a huge range of flavours, a wide variety textures, a rainbow of colours and a list of health benefits that's hard to beat.


It's nearly impossible to overstate the health benefits of eating fruits and vegetables. Hence, there is no any name of healthy problem come due to the influence of fruits or vegetable rather than the benefit that we gets often. Perhaps;- plant food has been shown to reduce the risk of heart diseases, high blood pressure, diabetes, macular(eyes)  degeneration , prostate problem, osteoporosis and many types of cancer.


Unfortunately, we are not taking full advantage of these health benefits. Worse, half the vegetables eaten by kids are white potatoes and quarter is friend potatoes (fries). 

The best way to get power of produce is to enjoy as many different kids and colors of fruits and vegetable as possible. Fortunately, all types produce provide great taste and promote good health and create body fresh. Plant food like carrots empower the eyes fitness, thus a plant food helps the human being to gets are treatment by natural face.


Not only that but also, fruits and vegetable prepare are good way of employment for those who selling the fruits in the street. Therefore make the generation to walk against the unemployment problem.
