Incredibly, Mathias Dopfner analyse how the Germany have dominant power in the media company in the world, by establishing strong brand that is the monitoring which insist three source of revenue. One is  through advertisement that is paying leader subscribe and appetizer grants, is difficult for the Dopfner model to work in the current digital environment because of openness driven by internet such as Google that  interfere  the print media due to fact that under internet everyone can perfom the journalism activity. The other issue discussed in the interview is  politics coverage especially on how the media shape the politics, with relating of journalism in Tanzania there is no room for the media industry to get much involve in negativity way of reach the information to the audience about politics, the room permitted is for all media which specialize in the certain party can able to deals with is part.

BAGAMOYO: MJI WENYE SIFA ZA KIPEKEE

Bagamoyo ni mji ulioanzishwa mwishoni mwa karne ya 18. Ukiwa kama mji mkuu wa Wajerumani Afrika Mashariki, mji ulio kua na bandari kubwa na biashara nyingi wakati ule.

Hapo awali kabla yakufikia karne ya 18, bagamoyo ilikua ni kituo kidogo cha biashara mbalimbali ikiwemo samaki, chumvi na gundi. wakazi wake wengi walikua ni wavuvi wa samaki na wakulima.

Katika karne ya 19, waarabu waliwasili na kupageuza kua kitovu cha biashara ya utumwa kwa Afrika Mashariki. Hii ilipoteza sifa yake iliokua nayo kwa kiasi kikubwa kwani walipageuza kua ndio kituo cha misafara ya watumwa kutoka katika ya nchi. 

Mwishoni mwa karne ya 18 familia 12 za kiislam ziliweka makazi katika mji wa bagamoyo wakiwa wote ndugu wa Shamvi La Magimba kutoka Oman. walio ishi kwa kulazimisha makusanyo ya kodi kwa watu hata kwenye mambo kama kuchinja mbuzi au kuvua samaki, na biashara ya chumvi, ambayo ilikua inafanyikia vijiji vya Nunge, umbali wa KM 3 kaskazini mwa Bagamoyo.

Mwaka 1868: kulianzishwa kwa misheni ya kikatoliki

Katika mwaka 1868, watawala wadogo mjini Bagamoyo walio julikana kama wajumbe, waliwasilisha misheni (dini) ya kikatoliki (mababa wa roho mtakatifu) jambo lililoleta upinzani kutoka kwa watu wenye asili ya kizaramo ambao walikua wakiongozwa katika misingi ya Sultani Majid na baadae mwaka 1870 Sultan Barghash.

misheni (kanisa) lililotumiwa na viongozi wa kikatoliki kuhifadhi watoto walio nusurika katika bisahara ya utumwa, pia walipatumia kwa kusalia, na kufundishia.

Awali misheni hii ilianzishwa kwa lengo la kuwahifadhi watoto walio okolewa katika biashara ya utumwa, lakini baadae ilikua kubwa na kugeuka kua kanisa, shule na sehemu ya kufanyia kazi za mikono pamoja na shuguli za kilimo.

Bagamoyo ndio mji pekee kutembelewa na watafiti wa kwanza kutoka mabara ya ulaya Katika karne ya 19, ambapo ilikua ndio mwanzo kwa misafara ya Livingstone na wengine. Kwani mji wa Bagamoyo Haukuwa tu kituo cha biashara kwa ajili ya watumwa na bidhaa za biashara (pembe za ndovu au Nguta, ambayo ilivunwa kutoka katika nazi na ilitumika kwa ajili ya utengenezaji wa sabuni) au kituo cha kutengeneza mashua, lakini ulikua ndio mwanzo wa ujio wa wavumbuzi na watafiti kutoka ulaya.

Walikua wakitoka nje ya mji wa Bagamoyo wakitafuta chanzo cha ziwa Nile na maziwa mengine amabyo yalikua hayaja gunduliwa kwa wakati ule.  

Kati ya walioanza safari yao kutoka Bagamoyo alikua ni livingstone, burton, speke ambao walikwenda pamoja na Grant kutatua siri za chemchem za mto Nile. Grant pamoja na Stanley ambao walivunja uhusiano wao katika miaka ya 1871 na mabaharia 192 na tani 6 ya vifaa, katika kusaka Livingston iliopotea. Na baadaye tena mwaka 1889 wakati yeye anarudi kutoka miaka 3 ya msafara na wafanyakazi wake, idadi ilikua imepungua kutoka 708 mpka 196.

Bagamoyo pia ikawa maarufu kupitia kurudi kwa Livingstone: Baada ya safari ya miezi 9 kutoka Zambia, msiidizi wa livingstone kutoka zanzibari Abdullah Susi na James Chuma walileta maiti yake ilio kaushwa mjini Bagamoyo mwezi wa pili mwaka 1874.

Mji wa Bagamoyo unajivunia kuwa na makabila mbalimbali ikiwemo Zaramo na Doe, Shomvi Waislamu kutoka Oman, hindu kutoka India pamoja na waislamu wengine kutoka Zanzibari. ambao kwa pamoja wanaishi kwa amani na ushirikiano katika maisha ya kila siku. 

Bagamoyo umekua kivutio kikubwa sana kwa watalii kutoka nje ya nchi kutokana na maajabu mengi au historia kubwa ilio kua nayo katika suala ya watumwa pamoja na uanzilishwaji wa udini. 

Mji ambao umezungukwa na hoteli kubwa na za kifahari kwaajili ya wattalii, wageni pamoja na wazawa ambao wangependa kuchukua nafasi kuitembelea na kujifunza mambo mengi ya nyakati za kale kama sehemu moja wapo ya kujua jinsi gani wazee wetu wa zamani waliishi. 

Hatahivyo mji wa Bagamoyo unabaki kua na sifa nyingi za kipekee ambazo miji mingine yeto haikubahatika kuanazo jambo linalo gusa nyoyo za watalii wengi na kuifanya kua kivutio kikubwa kwa watu wengi. 

HARD NEWS IS NO NEWS

Hard news are news that’s are found in inverted pyramid. And inverted pyramid is the journalistic style of writing stories that start with introduction which contains the 5Ws and H (who, where, when, why, and how).

it has contain main detail as well minor details, as for now we are in 21^st century the role of inverted pyramid seem to decline at a large speed , but before burying the inverted it is fair to give it a well deserved eulogy, and it is necessary to understand how inverted pyramid existed it was born soon after the commercialisation of the telegraph, at all the inverted pyramid served the journalist around the world well, no doubt , it programmed the thinking of journalists. It constituted and powered so called newsworthiness as well as news value.

The central argument of this is concerns with the whole changes that are occurring in print media, with the use of tradition structure of writing (inverted pyramid) . stories that form as under this old structure are so called hard news as I elaborate before , so now we are in the transformation to the new structure of writing . But hard news are superficial since it is always in deep detail, it tells out the whole meaning of the story and its understandable.

At all the inverted pyramid relies on the reporters interest , what he or she think is the best for the reader and not what the reader is interesting with. And there are other modern newspapers which are on the move to the new style so as to have the large number of readers. 

In the old system, we had hard news written in the inverted pyramid format and sometimes if we were lucky the news became the subject of a feature and news no longer exist. but now the chief difference between straight news written in the inverted pyramid and features story  is the effort of the reporter to be willingly to put into the story. So the argument here is to take a shift to the new style.

               

Newspaper have to play an explanatory role as elaborated more by Yopp and Adams (1999) who acknowledge the changing role of the newspaper story in this era  , that includes newspaper on the internet  that’s for any breaking news it have to published or broadcaster at the same time , the job of magazine and newspaper is to flesh out the headline on television and radio and to provide the substance and follow- up.

To manage or achieved this news paper need to adopt feature formats, using descriptive leads before getting to the nut graphs or the factualness’ , this means that the story heading must attract the reader to go further to main detail . in here the 5Ws H  are not necessary applicable . I f the story was seen in television and heard to the radio the next day of it the news must therefore explain and contextualise what we already saw and heard on the television. And the story should be on pleasurable, captivating pores

For the other meaning, stories in newspaper have to written in so called news featurerised or feature. And for the case that newspaper will continue to be called news paper the distinction between news and feature or news feature will disappear. Tracing back the matter of the fact distinction between news and features began to erode since Second World War.

The implication of this emerging reality for the journalist is sobering. Every one now needs to learn how to write well , how to tell a story , how to conquer words and structures, how to please , how to satisfy the taste of the 21^st century news consumer.

That’s means that the texture of journalism education has to change. Journalism programs need to acknowledge the decline and impending irrelevance of the inverted pyramid and took to the future or become themselves irrelevant.

The good writing has to follow what readers or public want to read. It is the time that reports and writers have to feel the thirsty of writing on what the public want.

I agree with the writer because the drown fact are relevant even to my country situations. And it is necessary to adopt the new style ads we see how cloudy the readership scale of newspaper is decline. so journalist must write investigative stories, as well as integrating internet into every aspect of their operation. 

Also the writers have to shift attention into providing in-depth journalism, analysing fast moving decision. Also the issue of style by creating word picture in which is the hall mark of excellent in newspaper journalism. Again is to provide news analysis, commentaries , feature, article and opinion pieces.  

GOOD HEARTH

In the food world, fruits and vegetables have it all a huge range of flavours, a wide variety textures, a rainbow of colours and a list of health benefits that's hard to beat.

It's nearly impossible to overstate the health benefits of eating fruits and vegetables. Hence, there is no any name of healthy problem come due to the influence of fruits or vegetable rather than the benefit that we gets often. Fortunately, all types produce provide great taste and promote good health and create body fresh. Plant food like carrots empower the eyes fitness, thus a plant food helps the human being to gets are treatment by natural face.

Not only that but also, fruits and vegetable prepare are good way of employment for those who selling the fruits in the street. Therefore make the generation to walk against the unemployment problem.

ANTI DONALD TRUMP SURROUNDED AROUND THE WORLD
